Salon Etiquette and Policies

Please read through the following points, which reflect our duty of care to our clients as well as policies and etiquette we ask all our clients to observe.

All treatments require a consultation form to be completed prior to treatment. This usually takes a few minutes and all the information given is strictly confidential. It is necessary to complete the form in order for our therapists to assess if it is suitable for you to receive the treatment, and to ensure the treatment you have chosen is adjusted to fit your individual needs. TREATMENT TIMES GIVEN INCLUDE A FEW MINUTES FOR YOUR CONSULTATION TIME AND FOR GETTING CHANGED.

We only except cash or cheque at present.

On certain beauty and aromatherapy treatments a skin patch test may be required 24 hours prior to treatment.

All our treatments are available to men except for any full body massage treatments.

Any cancellations/changing of appointments – 24 hours prior notice please.

Evening appointments may be made for those who work late etc. All our therapists are extremely dedicated and flexible to their clients’ needs. Late appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, and are subject to the therapists availability.

All holistic treatments are available with a tailor-made aromatherapy oil blend at a small additional charge. This also applies to the inclusion of Reiki healing & crystal therapy.

Holistic therapies should not be used as a substitute for orthodox medicine, but should be used along side it.
